Return and Refund Policy

After your order has been received you have a maximum of 14 days to request a return.

Return process:

• Take a photo for your product and send it to us on WhatsApp No.:01027277406 to request a return and a refund
• We will make sure that the product is in its original shape
• We will send a courier to pick up the item and refund the product price
• Shipping fees will be deducted

You have the right to return the products within 30 days and receive a full refund for the product and any paid shipping fees in the following cases:

• Item is defective
• Product is not as described on the website
• Product is counterfeit

Refund process:

2. We will schedule a pick up by one of our couriers
3. Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
4. once we receive the item we will inspect it and process your refund. If you paid cash on delivery we will refund you in cash or via Vodafone cash. If you paid via credit card refund will be done on your bank account
